I’m very interested in purchasing a property in the future. I currently have another rental property which I would like to sell and use the capital gains from a 1099 exchange to do so. I’m looking in the 125-200k range with at least 3 bedrooms. The only thing that is deterring me from your properties is I’m having a hard time finding the land lease for them , any HOA, taxes fees etc…. How is the land lease calculated by price square footage other? Any info on this would be helpful . Thanks Matt
We are looking at existing homes for sale in ocean lakes. We need to know a minimum to maximum lot lease fee there.
