Annual Lease Site Visitors:
The Express Check-In form is for annual lease site holders’ guests is located on the Annual Lease Holder portal site. Please contact the Lease Holder for the form. You must return form with ORIGINAL ALH Signature.

Annual Lease Holders:
Please complete the Express Check-In guest informaton in the Leaseholder Portal.
NOTE: Please be aware of local tax laws and penalties with short-term rentals. Learn more about the South Carolina laws aimed to help law enforcement by passing the Fairness in Lodging Act in 2014.

Authorized Contractors List from Ocean Lakes Compliance Department

This is a living document that changes often – as various contractors register their business with Ocean Lakes. It is the guests’ and Annual Lease Holders’ responsibility that all work done on or all deliveries made to your site is done by an approved contractor with proof of workmen’s compensation and liability insurance provided to Ocean Lakes Compliance Department. Please understand this requirement protects our guests and Leaseholders as well as Ocean Lakes.
