Ocean Lakes guests love to cruise around in golf cars! It's become quite a part of our culture. Two of the biggest golf car fans are our founders, Mary Emily and Nelson Jackson. They own several golf cars, but the golf cars are often disguised. In honor of this four wheel phenomenon, Ocean Lakes started a new event!

Ocean Lakes first ever Ocean Lakes All Star Golf Car Show was a big success! Custom golf cars, food, fun and a sunny day ended with a custom car parade. Congratulations to the winners! In the Standard Custom Class Carl Wright won First Place, Eric King won Second Place and Mike Harvey won Third Place. In the Customized Lifted Class Kevin Frye won First Place, Brian Moss won Second Place and Jay O’Connell won Third Place. The Class Original Classic winners included Randy Raffaldt in First Place, Robert Barfield in Second Place and Third Place.

Mark your calendar for the 4th Annual Ocean Lakes All Star Golf Car Show on October 18, 2008.
