1. Where do I check in?
Check In at Ocean Lakes Properties which is located between the Security Office
and South Gate Entrance.

2. What are the Rental Office hours?
Reservations may be made between the hours of 9:00 am until
4:30 pm.
3. What are the rental units furnished with?
Each unit is completely furnished with air conditioning,
color basic cable TV, basic utensils, pots, pans and dishes. Guests may furnish
only their sheets, towels, paper products and blankets.
4. How do I receive phone calls?
Since all Ocean Lakes Units are individually owned, most
do not come equipped with telephones. If you wish to receive a message, your party
needs to contact our Main Office at 1-843-238-5636 and a Security Officer will bring
your message to you. The calling party must be able to supply the Main Office with
both the Name and Site # of the Renting party.
5. Do units come with Golf Cars?
NO! However, Ocean Lakes does offer a rental service for
golf cars on a first come, first serve basis - golf cars cannot be reserved in advance.

6. Are pets allowed?
NO PETS are allowed in any of our Rental Units. NO EXCEPTIONS!

7. Are motorcycles allowed?
Motorcycles may not be driven inside the campground, however,
they are allowed in the motorcycle parking area by the Main Gate house. (See Policies:
Motorcycle Policies)
8. When will my security deposit be returned?
Security Deposits will be refunded by mail in about 14
- 21 days after an inspection of the unit and if the unit is found to be clean and
undamaged. Security deposits that are held on a credit card will not be charged
if the unit is found to be clean and undamaged.
9. Cancellation Policy
A Cancellation fee of 15% of the total rental fee and the
$35.00 reservation fee will be charged for reservations cancelled 30 days or more
in advance. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days in advance or in the event
that the guest does not show up will result in the FORFEITURE of the total advanced
deposit.
